Tomorrow is the big day.....

A few days ago we posted a picture of a 3 fabrics and invited you to guess how we used them. Well tomorrow is the big day, we're installing the new drapes, accessories and furniture in the client's home and we'll have fresh pictures showcasing those fabrics. Stay tuned to see where we used the fabrics.

Autumn Giveaway

It's Autumn Give-away time!  We are so excited about these fantastic natural hand-picked, dried, painted and laquered Tutomo fruit gourds, complete with a pewter leaf embellishment.  The Tutomo fruit grows in the Caribbean and South America and are such a unique item for your space.  Since they're dried and hardened they are very resilient and even rattle with the natural seeds inside just like a maraca! We love to use them as table center pieces and above kitchen cabinets or just about anywhere else.  We will be giving away one of these fabulous decorative gourd in either the caramel brown or deep green, the winner gets to decide the color of their choice. Keep in mind you don't need to be local to win, we will gladly ship to you.

New Project: The Accessory Shop

The Design House is excited to have the opportunity to design and remodel The Accessory Shop at South Towne Mall in Sandy, Utah.  It's a fun store that sells awesome women's accessories like jewelry, hats, headbands, hair extensions, wigs and more.  They are looking to re-merchandise and we suggested some remodeling of the store with new fixtures and a whole new look. Manor Massacre....

The Design House is proud to be sponsoring the Manor Massacre event this Friday at the University of Utah Post Theater.  Manor Massacre is a group of local independent film makers specializing in the Halloween genre.  They will be screening their sixth movie "Sicks" this Friday night and from the preview it looks to be quite entertaining.  Come check out the movie and stay for the live music and fun give-aways from everyone sponsoring the event.
